Integration & Subscription

"It's easy to become a Transport4 subscriber. Simply click on Request Proposal, complete, and submit the brief form. A T4 representative will be in touch shortly."

Obtain a Proposal

After discussing your requirements over the telephone, we can arrange an office visit for an application demonstration or have you log onto the site for a demonstration (currently under development).

Next Transport4 will send you a Confidentiality Agreement and a Carrier Information Request Sheet so that we can understand more about your requirements, physical pipeline network, logistics processes and systems. After discussing your requirements, Transport4 will generate a proposal to provide Information Services.

The proposal will present a time and material bid and time estimate for integrating your pipeline logistics transactions and establishing network communications. The estimate will be based on descriptions of logistics processes and systems that you provide. The proposal will also present a subscription service fee for providing requested information services. The subscription fee will be based on the current level of carrier transactions and any necessary network equipment and connectivity expenses.

Project Approach

Upon acceptance of the proposal letter, Transport4 will prepare a formal Carrier Subscription Agreement (CSA). The CSA will include a Statement of Work (SOW) for integrating pipeline logistics transactions into the Transport4 application and establishing network communications. The CSA will establish time and material rates for accomplishing the SOW. The CSA will also establish the terms and conditions for providing selected Transport4 information services. After contractual terms are accepted, a Transport4 team consisting of a lead developer and business analyst will meet with your personnel to define and agree upon final requirements. Based on the requirements, a high-level design and work schedule will be developed by Transport4 and agreed upon by your company.

Integration work will then be completed and tested before being released into production. Before the application is released for use, both your company and your customers will be set up with administration accounts to manage access to transactions. Transport4 will also conduct training sessions for configuring and utilizing the new information services.
